You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems or databases;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
- introduce malicious software, viruses or other harmful material;
- copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission;
- use the Website in a way that may damage, disable, overburden or impair its operation.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the Website where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our business, our customers or third parties.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.
However, product packaging, labels, colours, dimensions and other visual characteristics may vary from images shown on the Website.
The information provided on the Website is intended to describe the products available for purchase and should not be interpreted as medical advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where a product is accompanied by manufacturer instructions, warnings, precautions or usage information, customers should read and follow that information carefully.
Nothing on the Website replaces advice from a qualified healthcare professional where such advice is required.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information, prices, availability and other Website content.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep our online stock information accurate, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to discuss an alternative solution or refund the relevant amount.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will refund any amount paid for the unavailable product.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a genuine pricing or technical error has occurred.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are accurate. If a significant pricing error occurs and an order has been placed based on that error, we may contact you before processing the order.
6. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes and special prices are subject to the conditions communicated with each promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotional codes may not be combined with other promotional codes;
- promotions may apply only to selected products or categories;
- promotional offers may have an expiry date or limited availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law.
7. Placing an Order
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.
After placing an order, you may receive an automated email confirming that we have received your order.
This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
An order will be considered accepted when we confirm that the products have been dispatched, unless we notify you otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is a genuine pricing or product information error;
- we are unable to obtain payment authorization;
- we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- an order contains information that prevents us from fulfilling it; or
- fulfilment is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or affected products.
8. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods made available at checkout.
We currently accept valid credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store complete payment card details on our own systems unless expressly stated otherwise.
If payment is unsuccessful or cannot be authorized, we may cancel or suspend the order until payment is successfully completed.
9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible using:
Email: farmakeiomarilenasandi@gmail.com
Telephone: +357 24 322270
We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before dispatch.
If an order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the dispatch. In that case, you may have rights under our Returns and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory right of withdrawal.
10. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are normally handed over to our delivery partners within approximately 24 hours, subject to order volume, product availability, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
After handover to the delivery provider, delivery is normally expected within approximately 24–72 hours, depending on the delivery service and destination.
Current shipping charges and delivery options are displayed at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.
Unless otherwise stated:
- shipping is free for orders over €39 using BOX NOW or GAP Akis Express pickup.
- orders below €39 are subject to a shipping charge of €3.
- orders placed after 11:00 a.m. may be processed on the next working day.
- orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
- we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Cash on Delivery is not currently available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where delivery is delayed, this does not automatically remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
If we fail to deliver within the applicable legal timeframe or within any specifically agreed delivery period, you may have rights to cancel the contract in accordance with applicable law.
11. Delivery and Receipt of Orders
Where a signature is required by the selected delivery service, the delivery provider may request a signature upon delivery.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery may be accepted by another person at the delivery address on your behalf, where permitted by the delivery provider.
Customers should inspect packages upon receipt and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item appears to have been damaged during delivery.
12. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and purchase goods from us through the Website, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
For sales of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period.
You may contact us by:
Email: farmakeiomarilenasandi@gmail.com
You may also use any withdrawal function made available on the Website, where applicable.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.
You are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear those costs.
13. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an applicable legal exception applies.
Depending on the nature of the product, this may include, among other legally specified exceptions:
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised and
- other categories specifically excluded by applicable consumer protection legislation.
The application of an exception depends on the characteristics and circumstances of the particular product and transaction.
We will not rely on a general exclusion simply because a product is a healthcare, cosmetic, personal-care or para-pharmaceutical product. Any exclusion will be applied only where the relevant statutory conditions are satisfied.
14. Effects of Withdrawal and Refunds
Where you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law, reimbursement will include the standard delivery cost charged for the original delivery, but not any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you.
Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
15. Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
If a product is faulty, damaged, defective or does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant information, including photographs where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Consumers are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable to goods. Under applicable Cyprus consumer legislation, the seller's liability for lack of conformity extends for two years from delivery, subject to the applicable legal rules and exceptions.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
For products damaged during delivery, we recommend that you retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the product and packaging when contacting us.
16. Returns of Non-Defective Products
Where a statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, we are not required to accept a return simply because a customer has changed their mind, unless we have expressly offered an additional voluntary return policy.
Any voluntary return or exchange policy offered by Sandi Pharmacy will be subject to the specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
Such voluntary policies do not limit any statutory consumer rights.
17. Product Storage and Handling
Certain products may have specific storage requirements.
Customers are responsible for following the manufacturer's storage and handling instructions after delivery.
Where a product is temperature-sensitive, requires refrigeration or has other special storage requirements, the applicable product information should be followed carefully.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights relating to products that were defective or non-conforming at the time of delivery.
18. Health and Product Information
Products sold through the Website are intended to be used according to their labels, packaging and manufacturer instructions.
Information on the Website should not be interpreted as a diagnosis, medical consultation or individualized treatment recommendation.
If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any other health concern, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
19. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product presentation, layout and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Sandi Pharmacy or its relevant licensors.
You may access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use third-party services and may contain links to third-party websites.
Third-party services may include payment processors, delivery providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms and technology providers.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the relevant third party's own terms and policies.
21. Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, the purposes for which it is processed and the rights available to you.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall information provided to customers but does not replace these Terms.
22. Website Availability and Technical Errors
We aim to keep the Website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.
We may temporarily suspend, modify or discontinue parts of the Website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical improvements or other operational reasons.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
23. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
From time to time, the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping charges, delivery estimates or availability.
Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct such errors and update Website information.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or, where appropriate and legally permitted, cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
24. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, for example, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, interruptions to transportation, failures of telecommunications or payment systems, government restrictions, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to inform you where appropriate.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
25. Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding an order, product or service, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Website, products, services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on the Website and will include the relevant "Last updated" date.
Changes will not affect rights that have already arisen under an order or contract, except where otherwise required or permitted by law.
27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections available under the laws applicable to the consumer.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, the parties may use any applicable consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms and competent authorities available under applicable law.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable, where permitted by law.
