This policy applies to purchases made through our online store and is subject to the applicable consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union legislation.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing products from our online store, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days, without providing a reason, provided that no statutory exception applies.
For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
If your order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period is calculated in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The right of withdrawal applies only where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied and is subject to the exceptions described below.

- Date of purchase
- Products you wish to return

You do not have to use a specific form in order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, provided that your communication clearly states your decision to withdraw.
You may also use any electronic withdrawal function made available on our Website, where applicable.
3. Returning the Products
After informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the relevant products without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.
The deadline is met if you send the products back before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

4. Condition of Returned Products
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you may handle the products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose, where permitted by applicable law.
Where possible, products should be returned:
- with their original packaging
- with all included accessories, instructions and accompanying materials
- in a condition that allows us to identify the product and process the return.
However, these requirements do not remove or restrict any statutory right of withdrawal that applies under Cyprus law.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where a specific statutory exception applies.
For products sold through Sandi Pharmacy, relevant exceptions may include:
Sealed products for health or hygiene reasons
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
This may apply to certain products depending on their nature, packaging and intended use.
The exception does not automatically apply to every cosmetic, personal-care, healthcare or para-pharmaceutical product. It applies only where the statutory conditions for the exception are satisfied.
Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, where the relevant statutory conditions apply.
Other statutory exceptions
Other exceptions may apply in circumstances specifically provided for by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where a product falls within a statutory exception, we will provide the relevant information to the customer as required by law.
6. Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
This may include the standard delivery cost paid for the original delivery.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost resulting from that choice, where permitted by law.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method.
We will make the refund without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to our legal right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
We will not charge you a fee for processing a refund.
7. Damaged, Defective or Non-Conforming Products
The right of withdrawal is different from your statutory rights relating to products that are defective, damaged or do not conform to the contract.
If you receive a product that:
- is damaged
- is defective
- is not the product you ordered or
- otherwise does not conform to the contract,
please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and its packaging.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Depending on the circumstances, the applicable remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Products Damaged During Delivery
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you:
- Take photographs of the package before opening it, where possible.
- Take photographs of any damage to the product.
- Keep the original packaging.
- Contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Voluntary Returns
Where a product does not qualify for the statutory right of withdrawal, we are not required to accept a return simply because the customer has changed their mind, unless we have expressly offered a separate voluntary return or exchange policy.
Any voluntary return offered by Sandi Pharmacy will be subject to the conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
A voluntary return policy does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers.
10. Return Shipping Costs
Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless:
- we have agreed to cover the return cost or
- applicable law requires us to cover the cost.
We will not charge a restocking fee for a valid statutory withdrawal.

12. Exchanges
We do not automatically provide direct exchanges for products returned under the statutory right of withdrawal.
If you wish to purchase a different product, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy, where the right of withdrawal applies, and place a new order.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
13. Right of Withdrawal Through the Website
Where required by applicable Cyprus law, Sandi Pharmacy will provide an electronic withdrawal function through the Website that allows consumers to submit a withdrawal declaration online.
Where such a function is available, it will be clearly identified and accessible during the applicable withdrawal period.
The applicable Cyprus legislation requires an online withdrawal function for distance contracts concluded through an online interface, including a clearly visible withdrawal function and confirmation of the withdrawal submission.
