GENERAL

Therefore, the visitor must carefully read the contents of this page before using the services of our website. If he does not agree, he must leave this website and NEVER make use any of its services or content. 

This privacy policy may change from time to time according the relevant legislation. We will not explicitly notify our customers or our site’s users about these changes. Instead, we recommend you to occasionally visit this page for any changes to this privacy policy. The continued use of the https://sandipharmacy.com website even after any changes to the Privacy Policy implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms by you. 

 

ORDERING AND PAYMENT 

When placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. A contract will only be formed once the order has been dispatched. The company reserves the right to cancel any orders. 

Payments can be made using valid credit or debit cards. In the event of payment issues, the company may cancel the order. 

RELEVANT LEGISLATION 

Along with our company’s internal IT systems, this site is designed to comply with the following laws/regulations regarding the protection of user’s personal data: 

  • EU Data Protection Directive (DPD of year 1995)
  • Regulation on general EU data protection (GDPR of year 2018)

If you are under 16, you MUST have your parents’ consent before using the services of this site. 

 

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). 

 

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated. 

If a product is found defective upon receipt, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you. Simply email us at farmakeiomarilenasandi@gmail.com 

A product is considered defective if it arrives damaged or has a significant discrepancy from the description provided. 

For non-defective products, we accept returns under specific conditions. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

 Below you will find our return policy, in accordance with Cyprus Law 112(I)/2021 on Consumer Protection and the relevant EU legislation. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any justification. 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • It must be in its original packaging, in good condition.
  • It must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.

 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

According to Article 10 of Law 112(I)/2021, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: 

  1. Health-related and para-pharmaceutical products (e.g. dietary supplements, cosmetics, personal care items) that have been unsealed after delivery. 
  2. Products that are perishable or sensitive to storage conditions, such as temperature-sensitive items. 
  3. Products that require specific storage conditions(refrigerated items) and may have been compromised due to improper handling (e.g. exposure to heat, sunlight, or humidity), even if no external damage is visible. 

 RETURN PROCEDURE 

If the return meets the above conditions: 

  1. You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be shipped back to us within 5 working days of the return approval. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 

 IMPORTANT NOTES  

  • If you receive a product with visible damage, please take photos immediately and contact us upon delivery.
  • We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the above conditions or appears to have been mishandled or improperly stored.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us as soon as possible:

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may still be eligible for return as per our Returns Policy. 

 

The company is not responsible for delays in order execution (including delivery) due to reasons beyond our control or due to force majeure.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are delivered within 24 hours to the partnered courier and to you within 24 to 72 hours after being handed over. 

Shipping is free for orders over €49 with GAP Akis Express (for collection from a GAP Akis Express store). 

Orders valued below €49 are charged with shipping costs of €3. 

Delayed delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order. 
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. 
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the next working day. 

A signature is required upon delivery. By placing an order, you authorize us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature is required for all orders. 

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

We do not accept Cash on Delivery payments.
